ConKi Terms of Service

Welcome to ConKi!
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a legal agreement between you and PRIMEVERSE PTE. LTD. (“ConKi,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) that governs your access to and use of the ConKi mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the “Services”).
By creating an account, accessing, or using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you may not access or use the Services.
1. About ConKi
ConKi is a community app centered on discovering interest-based circles and exploring community content. With unique box challenge experience, people can discover interest-based circles and like-minded people through fun challenges.
Through ConKi, you can:
• Create and personalize your profile.
• Share photos, posts, and personal moments.
• Participate in photo challenges and respond to questions and prompts.
• Discover and join interest-based Circles.
• Explore and browse content shared by the community.
• Comment on posts, reply to comments, and react to community content.
• Follow other members and explore their publicly shared content.
ConKi provides a space for you to discover communities, explore content, express yourself, and participate in discussions around shared interests.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to access or use ConKi.
By using the Services, you represent and warrant that:
• You are 18 years of age or older.
• You have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
• All information you provide is accurate, complete, and current.
• Your use of the Services complies with all applicable laws and regulations.
If we determine that you do not meet the age requirements or have provided inaccurate information, we may suspend or terminate your account.
3. Account Registration and Security
Certain features of ConKi require you to create an account.
You are responsible for:
• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account information.
• Keeping your account information accurate and current.
• All activities conducted through your account.
You agree not to:

4. User Profiles and Personal Information
ConKi allows users to create profiles that may include:

You are responsible for the information displayed on your profile and should only share information that you are comfortable making available to others.
You understand that certain profile information may be visible to other users depending on your privacy settings and the features you use.
5. User Content
ConKi allows users to create, upload, share, and interact with content, including:

• Challenge responses.
• Profile information.
• Comments and replies.
• Other materials submitted through the Services (collectively, “User Content”).
You retain ownership of your User Content.
By submitting User Content through ConKi, you grant ConKi a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, display, reproduce, and distribute such content solely for the purposes of operating, maintaining, improving, and promoting the Services.
We may use automated systems, algorithms, and recommendation technologies to personalize your experience, recommend Circles, and improve the Services.
You represent and warrant that:
• You own or have obtained the necessary rights to share your content.
• Your content does not violate applicable laws.
• Your content does not infringe the rights of others.
6. Challenges and Circles
Challenges
ConKi provides challenges that allow users to share photos, responses, and personal moments around different topics.
Challenges are designed to encourage self-expression, creativity, and community participation.
You are responsible for ensuring that all challenge submissions comply with these Terms and our Community Guidelines.
Circles
Circles are communities built around shared interests, experiences, and topics.
Users may discover, join, and participate in Circles that match their interests.
ConKi provides tools to create and participate in Circles. However, we do not guarantee:
• The activity level of any Circle.
• The accuracy of content shared by members.
• The behavior or intentions of individual members.
7. Community Guidelines
ConKi is built around authentic expression, respectful participation, and a welcoming community environment.
To maintain a safe community, users may not engage in the following conduct.
Harassment and Harmful Behavior
• Harass, threaten, intimidate, or target other users.
• Encourage hatred, discrimination, or violence.
• Engage in abusive or harmful behavior.
Inappropriate Content
• Share sexually explicit content or prohibited nudity.
• Upload violent, graphic, or disturbing material that violates our policies.
• Promote illegal activities or dangerous behavior.
Misleading or Abusive Behavior
• Create fake identities.
• Impersonate others.
• Engage in scams, spam, manipulation, or deceptive practices.
Privacy Violations
• Share another person’s private information without permission.
• Upload private conversations, images, or personal content without consent.
We may remove content or restrict access to features when necessary to protect the community and enforce these Terms.
8. Community Interactions
ConKi provides features that allow users to explore community content and participate in activities centered on shared interests.
Community participation may include:
• Taking part in shared challenges.
• Exploring content related to similar interests.
• Joining and participating in Circles.
• Commenting on posts and replying to comments.
• Reacting to community content.
• Participating in community discussions.
While we aim to create a positive environment, ConKi does not control or guarantee:
• The identity of users.
• The accuracy of user information.
• The behavior, intentions, or actions of other users.
You are responsible for exercising appropriate judgment when viewing content and participating in community activities, whether online or offline.
9. Reporting and Safety
We encourage users to report content or behavior that may violate these Terms or our Community Guidelines.
You may report:
• Inappropriate content.
• Harassment.
• Fake accounts.
• Privacy concerns.
• Other safety issues.
We review reports and may take appropriate action, including:
• Removing content.
